Job description
Due to our continued growth and development, we have an exciting opportunity for a motivated trainee to fast track towards gaining the professional qualifications required to become a Level 4 Qualified Para planner (with the option of ultimately becoming a Qualified Financial Planner). Initially, the successful candidate will work alongside our Administration Team and develop through to the Paraplanning and Adviser Teams. Stage 1 - Administration General Administration duties to include: Working collaboratively with Financial Planners and Paraplanners, supporting a variety of administrative tasks. Manage Office Calendars to include booking client meetings. Updating records accordingly on back office system as per company procedures. Manage client reviews via back office system and schedule appointments with the clients for advisers (if requested to do so). Process and manage new business applications Liaise with product providers, solicitors, and accountants etc. on an ongoing basis on behalf of clients. Stage 2 - Paraplanning Analyse information recorded on file regarding the clients’ circumstances, needs and objectives. Conduct Product and Provider Research and prepare recommendations for consideration by the Advisers Carry out Investment fund analysis Support the design and communication of Financial Planning Models Identify and discuss recommended courses of action with the Advisers Based upon the information obtained from clients, needs/objectives identified and recorded by the Advisers produce Suitability Reports in a professional format for presentation to clients. Check all compliance paperwork is present and correct. Prepare application Forms and supporting documentation for the Advisers in line with recommendation. Complete work within the set target deadlines. .

Essential Skills
- Educated to a Degree Level or Equivalent
- Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills
- Proactive and enthusiastic attitude
- High aptitude for learning
- Highly IT competent especially with Microsoft Applications
Desirable Skills
- 2.1 Honors Degree or Above
- Previous experience of working in an office environment
