Customer Service Representative Cpl are proud to be working in partnership with Axa to recruit Customer Service Representatives on a full and part time permanent basis in Derry/Londonderry. Salary: £21,060 on target earnings, with competitive base salary of £19,500 PLUS generous pension contribution, staff discount on motor & home insurance and more. .

Responsibilities

• Customer Service
• You will spend your time on the phone, talking to our customers and identifying their needs.
• Your interactions vary call to call, for example you could be supporting someone who is changing a car registration or identifying a solution to a concern a customer has.
