Purpose: You will significantly contribute to the efficient and effective delivery and development in all aspects of organisational service within Cedar, and assist the Director of People & OD to contribute to Cedars overall strategic aims and objectives through promoting a values based culture and encouraging innovation and effective ways of working to build a resilient organisation. Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- RQF Level 6 or equivalent
- Minimum of 4 years in a management role
- Knowledge of Data Protection Legislation
- Knowledge of policy context in the Community and Voluntary Sector
- Competent in the range of IT package

Location NI Regional Remit with Working From Home option. Work time Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. Closing: 4th July 2022 at 16:00.
