Job description

The successful applicant must have excellent catering skills with the ability to follow a structured menu plan and provide wholesome and nutritious meals for the home's residents including those with special diets. They must also ensure that the necessary records are maintained in addition to having up to date relevant training. .

Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare meals for the homes residents.
• Adhere to the home's policy procedure.
• Maintain HACCP records.
