We will offer joining bonuses for each officer joining the following stores, Two Hundred and Fifty Pounds to be paid at the completion of month one and Two Hundred and Fifty Pounds on completion of month Three. The initial Two Hundred and Fifty Pounds is to be recovered should a colleague leave prior to the end of month three. Responsibilities

• The post holder will be responsible for maintaining a professional standard of security in a retail store in Antrim.
• Handle conflict situations in a professional manner.
• Patrolling the shop floor and deterring criminal activity.
• Apprehending shoplifters.
• Completing searches.
• Creating a safe shopping environment for customers and colleagues.
• Liaising with the Store Management and Local Authorities.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Valid SIA licence.
• Strong communication skills.

Desirable Skills

• Previous experience of working in a Retail Security Role is an advantage but not essential as full training will be given.
