Job description

The Leader will go about their duties and ensure the needs are always met and take precedence. They must be conversant with all buddies Policies and Procedures. They must work as part of the Staff Team and liaise between the Staff and the Manager/Assistant Manager..

Responsibilities

• The Leader must work with Management to ensure the programme complies with the requirements and the Minimum Standards. They must ensure good practice as set out in the Standards and they must ensure compliance with all relevant statutory regulations

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Level 3 Diploma in Childcare, Learning & Development or Playwork; or equivalent and relevant experience working with children aged 0-4 years.

Desirable Skills

• Level 5 in Childcare, Learning & Development or Playwork; or equivalent/higher
