Job description

You will be responsible for multi drop deliveries throughout Northern Ireland .

Responsibilities

• Delivery of goods in a timely and cost effective way
• Care and maintenance of your vehicle including arranging services and other work as required
• Responsibility for checking the stability and safety of all loads
• Responsibility for the cleanliness of your vehicle, and the image, helpfulness and courtesy presented to our customers by you, a representative of the company
• The filling in of daily vehicle inspections sheets
• Ensure all goods loaded for delivery have a docket for signing. Acquire a signature on respective dockets for goods delivered and return for filing
• Preparing your vehicle for Loading and Unloading
• Ensure correct use of Tacho, and stay within legal time limits

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• HGV Class 2 Licence
• Up to date Driver CPC
• Driver Digi Tachograph Card

Desirable Skills

• Previous multi drop experience advantageous
