The Development Support Officer will support the Development team in the delivery of high-quality homes across a range of tenures. This will include all aspects of development from inception to handover and final closure..

Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Level 3 qualification (e.g. A level, NVQ level 3, advanced apprenticeship) or above
- And At least 1 year's previous experience (within the last 5 years) of working in a Housing Association/Private/Public Sector of Property/Housing/Construction/Planning or Architectural Design.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders, both in person and via written correspondence.
- Evidence of meeting targets and deadlines.
- Computer literate with demonstrable experience and understanding of spreadsheets and other computer packages.
- A current full driving licence and access to a suitable form of transport (see job description).
