Office Administrator
Job description
The Officer Administrator is responsible for the Company’s administration tasks, under the line management of the Registered Community Manager, they will provide administrative support in accordance with Regulatory requirements, and company policy. They also support the Registered Manager in relaying information to staff, clients and the multi-disciplinary team. .
Responsibilities
- To oversee a high level of administration to assist the Registered Manager in the daily management of Harmony Community Care
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- 5 GCSE passes including a pass in Maths and English or equivalent
- At least one years relevant experience (in the last three years) in administration including Microsoft Office (Teams Excel and Word)
Desirable Skills
- An ICT qualification, and experience in a Health or Social Care setting is preferred.
