Job description

To ensure the clean and hygienic maintenance of the home. This may include working in the laundry with its associated duties. To keep a high standard of appearance to contribute to the quality of care and lifestyle afforded to each client. This is particularly applicable to each client’s privacy and dignity and in respect of each client’s personal possessions. .

Responsibilities

• To be directly responsible to the Housekeeping supervisor.
• To be aware of the health and safety statement and of the COSHH statement.
• To clean all allocated rooms including furniture, fittings, fabric, carpets and equipment.
• To complete all relevant courses and keep up to date with COSHH regulations.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• None required, full training will be given.

Work time is as per rota Monday to Sunday 08.30-14.00 hrs/09.00-14.30
