Construction Project Manager required.

Responsibilities

• To assist the Senior Project Manager to design, manage onsite and coordinate major adaptations delivery in line with the Occupational Therapists recommendations.
• To assist the Senior Project Manager in the strategic delivery of an effective regional based major adaptations design and delivery.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• A Bachelors Degree in a relevant Building / Construction / Technical discipline plus 2 years relevant experience, OR
• A relevant BTEC Higher Cert or qualification of an equivalent academic level plus 3 years relevant experience in Building.
• As part of the reference checking and vetting process for this position you will be requested to undertake a Basic AccessNI Disclosure.

Immediate Start Salary: £15.63 - 18.53 per hour (depending on current earnings) Hours of Work: Full Time, 37 hours, Monday to Friday. Duration of post: Long term, ongoing.
