  • Answer and direct calls.
  • Organise and schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Order office supplies.
  • Book travel arrangements.
  • Carry out administrative duties i.e. filling, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
  • Reply to emails, telephone or face to face enquiries.
  • Photocopy and print out documents -training & development materials etc.
  • Data entry: logging information, organising evaluation responses, invoices.
  • Provide polite and professional communication.
  • Providing administrative support to ensure efficient office administration.
  • Supporting management, staff through a variety of tasks related to organisation and communication.
  • Responsible for confidential & time sensitive material i.e. company information.
  • Complete duties accurately, delivered with high quality and in timely manner.
  • Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring support where identified.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Admin experience in the field or in a related area.

Desirable Skills

  • Proven admin or assistant experience.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Further Information

The Employer is: JOINHER NETWORK CIC. Although this is a part-time temporary opportunity, hours may be extended and it could lead to a permanent position. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer. Wage: 16/17 £5.28, 18/20yrs £7.49, 21/22yrs £10.18, 23/24yrs £10.42 per hour
