Job description

Job advertised is for a retail sales assistant but the main part of the business is online selling, so knowledge or interest to learn social media, creating online content and adding products to the website is a large part of the job. Full Training will be provided..

Responsibilities

• Customer service and integrating with customers.
• Operating cash register (ipad system).
• Processing payments and refunds.
• Sales which will include instore and online.
• Marketing and Social Media Support including creating videos, photography and content.
• Uploading products to the website.
• Stock control including ordering , pricing and merchandising.
• Overseeing deliverys.
• Creating seasonal displays.
• General cleaning and following health and safety procedures.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Customer Service and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn.
• Flexible with working hours.
• Problem solving and initative.
• Attention to detail.

Desirable Skills

• Confidence in Social Media.
• Knowledge in Social Media.
• Basic or higher level computer skills.
• Basic knowledge of technology, e.g. laptops tablets, iPad.

Further Information

The Employer is: MYSHOO FOOTWEAR & ACCESSORIES. Although this is a part-time temporary opportunity, hours may be extended and it could lead to a permanent position. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer. 16/17 £5.28, 18/20yrs £7.49, 21/22yrs £10.18, 23/24yrs £10.42 per hour.
