Admin duties within GP Practice..

Responsibilities

• Booking appointments.
• Opening mail.
• Scanning.
• Giving results.
• Ensuring referrals have been submitted to relevant secondary care departments.
• Adhering to GDPR and confidentially at all times.
• Reporting IT issues to the IT department.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Typing skills.
• General basic education.
• Good with people.
• Working to deadlines with accuracy.

Desirable Skills

• GCSEs grade A-C.
• Good understanding of social media and help with social media input as company Facebook page is starting soon.
• Flexible with holidays and other staff time off.

Further Information

The Employer is: ALBERTVILLE SURGERY. Salary: 16/17 £5.28, 18/20 £7.49, 21/22 £10.18, 23/24 £10.42 per hour. Although this is a part-time temporary opportunity, hours may be extended and it could lead to a permanent position. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer. Uniform will be provided after a period of settlement.
