Receptionist / Accounts Assistant


Job description

The Employer is: MAGNALUX LUXURY LIGHTING. The main duties will be to provide administrative and secretarial support to the sales team. This person will be responsible for providing information to customers over the phone and assisting them with general queries and processing orders. This person will also oversee inputting invoices on sage and matching delivery dockets with invoices and filing important information. .

Responsibilities

  • Opening trade accounts.
  • Processing orders and credits.
  • Taking payments off customer accounts.
  • Matching invoices with delivery dockets.
  • Putting invoices on system.
  • Filing documents.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Good knowledge of maths.
  • Customer service skills.

Desirable Skills

  • To be able to work well within a team and on your own initiative.
  • Proficient in Microsoft systems, Excel, Word.
  • To be able to work towards deadlines.

Further Information

The Employer is: MAGNALUX LUXURY LIGHTING. Although this is a part-time temporary opportunity, hours may be extended, and it could lead to a permanent position. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer.
