Job description

IT Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing hardware and software components of the organisation's computers and network. They will also support these systems through remote access or site visits as needed by management teams within the company..

Responsibilities

• Set up workstations, computers, routers, printers etc.
• Installing and maintaining hardware and software.
• Fault finding and reporting.
• Develop and maintain network to optimise performance.
• Scheduling upgrades etc.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Experience in installing and maintaining computer systems, knowledge of a variety of internet applications and operating systems.
• Experience in diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of internet security and data privacy.
