Connected Care Solutions (Ethelcare) is a fast-growing age-tech start-up in search of a Customer Success Intern. As a small team based in Lisburn, we are looking for a talented individual with the right attitude who is willing to roll up their sleeves and learn from the trenches. We will teach you how to build strong relationship with customers. You will use your skills to help customers to reach their goals through the company products. You will use your interpersonal skills to identify customer problems, find solutions and improve relationships. You will be fully supported in your tasks by your colleagues..

Responsibilities

  • Serve as day-to-day contact for assigned customers, building trust and rapport while identifying areas of opportunity, highlighting best practices and documenting both.
  • Help customers overcome issues and achieve their goals.
  • Demo the company's products to customers (both over Zoom and in person).
  • Deliver onboarding training so that customers know how they can use the company's solutions to reach their goals.
  • Collaborate, problem-solve and/or strategize with team members on upcoming client meetings.
  • Work with team members to boost customer referrals and develop case studies including digital/video testimonials.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Strong skills in verbal and written communications.
  • Ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Active team player, self-starter and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities.
  • Willing to travel occasionally within the UK to meet with customers/trade shows/deliver training.

Desirable Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of CRM tool (such as HubSpot).
  • Experience in a customer-facing role.

Further Information

The Employer is: CONNECTED CARE SOLUTIONS Although this is a part-time temporary opportunity, hours may be extended and it could lead to a permanent position. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer. Salary: 16/17yrs £5.28, 18/20yrs £7.49, 21/22yrs £10.18, 23/24yrs £10.42 per hour.
