Job description
The Employer is: BRAID MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL LIMITED. We are a leading Northern Ireland Building Services company with an excellent reputation stretching back to 1926. Due to continued growth, we have a vacancy for an AutoCAD Technician to join a strong and stable company..
Responsibilities
- Producing accurate and detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD software.
- Organising and assisting with design inputs (i.e. surveys and investigations) and assisting with the preparation of drawings, reports and specifications.
- Contributing to solutions for design challenges.
- Helping with the administration of design quality control.
- Maintaining on-going communication with relevant Team Leaders / Managers and clients when required to ensure effective communications on matters relevant to the project.
- Performing other duties and responsibilities as required from time to time by your line managers, project managers or by the business.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- AutoCAD experience is essential.
- Have excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to fit into a team environment.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Be able to demonstrate an ability to work under pressure.
Desirable Skills
- Previous experience within Construction is preferred.
Further Information
The Employer is: BRAID MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL LIMITED. Although this is a full time temporary opportunity, hours may be extended, and it could lead to a permanent position. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer.
