The Employer is: BRAID MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL LIMITED. We are a leading Northern Ireland Building Services company with an excellent reputation stretching back to 1926. Due to continued growth, we have an opportunity for a Junior Mechanical Estimator to join a strong & stable company..

Responsibilities

• Assist senior estimators in ensuring mechanical tenders are returned to a high standard and that they are accurate.
• Ensure that full breakdowns are available.
• Ensuring that mechanical tenders are returned on time.
• Provide general support to management by being flexible to work additional hours.
• Adhere to all Company Policies and Procedures.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Proven track record in forging and maintaining strong relationship with new and existing clients and suppliers/ subcontractors.
• Have proven experience with Trimble estimating & costing systems, including ensuring prices are updated monthly.
• Enthusiastic and self-motivated.
• Have excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Must be able to fit into a team environment.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Be able to demonstrate an ability to work under pressure.

Further Information

The Employer is: BRAID MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL LIMITED. Although this is a full time temporary opportunity, hours may be extended, and it could lead to a permanent position. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer.
