The Employer is: BELFAST PUB CRAWL. We are looking for a young, highly motivated individual to join a relatively young business getting busier every year. This job covers a range of roles from Marketing, Administrative duties, Customer Service duties and Tour Guiding duties. Marketing duties include Social Media marketing, designing posters / leaflets, reaching out to other businesses for potential marketing openings, video editing and photography. Administrative Duties include replying to customers via email and phone and managing bookings. .

Responsibilities

• Marketing: Social Media Designing Posters / Leaflets Contacting Clients for potential Business Videography / photography
• Administration: Replying to customers on phone / email / social media Managing calendar booking system
• Customer Service: Face to Face on pub crawls Replying to customers on phone / email / social media
• Tour Guiding: Supporting Lead Tour Guide taking groups around Belfast Once fully trained, leading groups on tours

Essential Skills

• Customer Service orientated.
• Interpersonal skills.
• Good organising skills.
• Computer literate.
• Social Media Literate (Facebook / Instagram / Tiktok).
• Great communicator.

Desirable Skills

• Photography skills.
• Video editing.
• Marketing experience.
• SEO experience.

Further Information

The Employer is: BELFAST PUB CRAWL. Although this is a part-time temporary opportunity, hours may be extended, and it could lead to a permanent position. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer. Wage: To be confirmed.
