The Employer is: CRISSCROSS REMOVALS AND STORAGE. As a Moving Consultant for our removals and storage company, you will be at the forefront of our business operations, playing a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our services and potential clients. Your primary responsibility will be to assess the needs of both domestic and commercial clients, provide accurate quotations, and transform leads into successful business opportunities. Your exceptional interpersonal skills, combined with a deep understanding of our industry, will drive the success of our company. .

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough surveys of potential domestic and commercial removal jobs to gauge client requirements.
• Deliver precise quotes after each survey, ensuring accuracy in labour and resource estimation.
• Manage and maintain a streamlined calendar for consultations and quotes, ensuring optimal time management.
• Proactively follow up with potential clients and leads, nurturing relationships and promoting our services.
• Convert removal inquiries and leads into confirmed sales opportunities, driving revenue growth.
• Provide detailed answers to frequently asked questions for clients you've consulted, ensuring they have a clear understanding of our offerings and processes.
• Keep the CRM system updated with critical data, ensuring that the operations and moving teams have real-time insights for smooth execution.
• Reach out to leads promptly, delivering quotations in a timely manner, and ensuring swift communication channels.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong sales acumen.
• Detail oriented for providing accurate estimates and quotations.
• Efficient time management skills to handle multiple consultations and follow-ups.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and other standard office tools.

Desirable Skills

• Deep understanding of the removals and storage industry and its dynamics.
• Previous experience going through the quotes process with a removals, storage or trades business.

Further Information

The Employer is: CRISSCROSS REMOVALS AND STORAGE. Although this is a part-time temporary opportunity, hours may be extended, and it could lead to a permanent position. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer.
