Customer Service Agent
Job description
The Employer is: MONTGOMERY DISTRIBUTION LTD. We are looking for a passionate Agent who will partner with and ensure the long-term success of our customers. You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of assigned customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. You will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs. .
Responsibilities
- Operate as point of contact for any and all matters specific to customers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Develop a trusted relationship with key customers.
- Make decisions under pressure.
- Prioritise work load.
- Handle customers complaints.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Proven account management or other relevant experience.
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent I.T. skills.
Further Information
The Employer is: MONTGOMERY DISTRIBUTION LTD. Although this is a part-time temporary opportunity, hours may be extended, and it could lead to a permanent position. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer.
