The Employer is: OCG PRODUCTIONS LTD. OCG Productions is a dynamic and creative company founded by YouTuber Adam B, boasting a subscriber base of 3.9 million enthusiastic viewers. We specialise in creating online content and in-person events for our audience of children and families. We are seeking a talented and imaginative Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer at OCG Productions, you will play a pivotal role in creating captivating and visually stunning artwork, graphics, logos, and presentations that resonate with our audience. You will collaborate with our team to translate ideas and concepts into compelling visual content that aligns with our brand identity and objectives..

Responsibilities

• Graphic Design: Create eye-catching graphics, illustrations, and layouts for a variety of projects, including marketing materials, presentations, digital and print collateral, and more.
• Logo Design: Develop and refine logos and branding elements that convey our company's identity and values.
• Artwork and Illustrations: Produce original artwork and illustrations to enhance our content and messaging.
• Presentation Design: Design engaging and impactful presentations for internal and external use, ensuring consistency in style and messaging.
• Creative Collaboration: Work closely with key individuals to bring creative projects to life.
• Conceptualisation: Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh and innovative design concepts.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain brand consistency across all design assets, adhering to established guidelines.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Strong artistic abilities, including the capability to create original art through drawing, painting, collage, or other mediums.
• Proficiency in graphic design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong conceptual and visual communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of current design trends and best practices.

Desirable Skills

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative work.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field (preferred but not required).

Further Information

The Employer is: OCG PRODUCTIONS LTD. Although this is a part-time temporary opportunity, hours may be extended, and it could lead to a permanent position. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer. Salary: 16-17 £6.40, 18-20 £8.60, 21 plus £11.44 per hour.
