The Employer is: OCG PRODUCTIONS LTD. As a Production Assistant at OCG Productions, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of our video production projects. You will work closely with the production team, assisting in various aspects of pre-production, production, and post-production tasks. .

Responsibilities

• Pre-production Assistance: Assist in sourcing props, equipment, and locations to ensure they are shoot-ready.
• Production Assistance: Collaborate with the production team to efficiently complete tasks during shoots.
• Post-production Assistance: Retrieve equipment, clear the set, and upload files for the post-production team.
• Inventory Management: Sort, order, and systematize inventory both in person and online, utilizing our productivity system.
• Ad-hoc Tasks: Handle various tasks as requested by the production team.
• Camera Operation: After completion of training and demonstrated practical competency, assist with camera operation during shoots.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Driver's Licence and Travel: Maintain a full, clean driver's licence and have access to a car for transportation. Willingness to travel to different locations as required for shoots.
• Communication and IT Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrate proficiency in IT and office software.
• Deadline Management: Work well under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to last-minute changes.
• Team Collaboration: Be an excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Initiative and Adaptability: Show forward-thinking and the ability to use initiative in problem-solving.

Desirable Skills

• Previous production experience (or transferable skills from fields like Events, Hospitality, or Retail) is a plus.
• Have a strong understanding of and avid interest in YouTube and online content creation.

Further Information

The Employer is: OCG PRODUCTIONS LTD. Salary: 16-17 £6.40, 18-20 £8.60, 21 plus £11.44 per hour. Although this is a part-time temporary opportunity, hours may be extended, and it could lead to a permanent position. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer.
