Are you an experienced Plasterer interested in a move to the Public Sector? Apply today. Hours of Work: 37 hrs per week, Monday to Thursday 8.30 am - 4.30 pm & Friday 8.30 am - 4.00 pm (You may also be required to provide an emergency call out service, at night and weekends, on a rota basis). .

Responsibilities

• Provide a plastering service and undertake a range of response maintenance and building work on the full range of Housing Executive properties.
• Minor work outside trade where required.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Completed either time served or skills apprenticeship.
• At least 1 years post apprenticeship experience including.
• Full current driving licence or access to a form of transport.
• Flexible to provide an emergency call out service on evenings and weekends - rota basis.
• As part of the reference checking and vetting process for this position you will be requested to undertake a Basic AccessNI Disclosure. Having a criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position.
