Responsibilities

• Effectively managing operations within the yard.
• Promoting high levels of customer service whilst serving customers politely and professionally.
• Coordinating and helping with deliveries, customer collections and daily duties.
• Loading and off-loading customer and company vehicles.
• Managing health and safety on a daily basis whilst ensuring a high standard of housekeeping.
• Monitoring and maintaining stock levels in the yard.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Keen interest and strong knowledge in Timber and Building Materials.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to motivate a team and will lead by example.
