We require an experienced Chef de Partie to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and an ability to work in a busy fast paced kitchen while seeking to uphold the highest standards in relation to food preparation and kitchen hygiene. 2 Years experience in a similar work environment preferred..

Responsibilities

  • To adhere to all standards established in the preparation, cooking and presentation of all foods
  • To be able to work under pressure in a busy environment
  • To maintain the hygiene of the kitchen at all times
  • To clean food production area, equipment and utensils
