Back Bar/Floor Staff required at the Guildhall..

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers with their needs, and maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
• Ensuring the cleanliness of the premises.
• Stocking liquors, refilling garnishes, polishing glasses, stacking napkins and hauling kegs.
• Taking customers orders.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Sound knowledge of proper food handling procedures.
• The ability to stand for extended periods.

Desirable Skills

• Knowledge of cocktails and craft beers is advantageous.
