Job description

We are seeking a CNC Brake Press Operator for our client based in Ballymena..

Responsibilities

• Operate press break machine.
• Run bend and forming operations using standard and custom punches.
• Use a CNC controller to input information into machine.
• Adjust ram and back gauge locations per process control instructions and blueprints.
• Ensure excellence of health & safety, quality and environmental standards within the shift.
• Perform complex programming using all features of the press brake.
• Work with tight tolerances.
• Produce parts for assembly operations.
• Meet customer specifications and delivery requirements.
• Perform all required routine and minor maintenance activities according to procedures.
• Complete and maintain paperwork.
• Ensure machine is calibrated and cleaned.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• At least 2 Years experience as a CNC Break Press Operator.
• Excellent communication both written and verbal.
• Reading Engineering drawings.
