Job description

We are looking to recruit an experienced Flexographic Label Printer to work within an expanding family run business. This full time roll will offer the ideal candidate flexible working hours and the opportunity to advance their career..

Responsibilities

• Responsible for meeting deadlines and working to an agreed specification
• Organising print materials for jobs
• Checking materials, inks and print instructions against the spec sheet
• Mounting printing plates and tooling for jobs
• Documenting materials used including paper and inks
• Ensuring all goods are manufactured to our high standards
• Maintaining machinery
• Working to deadlines
• Warehousing and dispatching duties from time to time

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience operating a flexographic printing press
• Good knowledge of tooling and printing processes
• A good attitude and a willingness to work as part of a team

Desirable Skills

• Experience of operating Nilpeter Servo Press
