The Employer is: STELLIFY MEDIA. We are hiring a talented Social Media Content Trainee to join our team. The ideal candidate would be a self-starter geared to work with the social media committee to develop existing content, create new content and work with both development and production teams to post and monitor posts on our social media platforms. .

Responsibilities

• Work alongside the team to create a plan for social media strategies.
• Assist in the growth of the company and our shows by raising awareness through various social media platforms.
• Monitor postings to ensure company message is constant from the terminology used to images posted.
• Aid in the daily aspects of promoting the businesses campaigns.
• Interact with followers by communicating and answering questions through the company's social pages.
• Assist in implementing plans to increase followers on popular social media websites such as Tik Tok, Pinterest, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn.
• Work with the team creating and implementation a monthly content plan which includes production objectives and initiatives.
• Help create content as dictated by the monthly editorial calendar to promote shows, team and the company.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Proven interest, passion and experience across social media.
• Interest in creating short-form content e.g. Reels, TikTok Videos etc.
• Comfortable working in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and Adobe Suites.
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills.
• Ability to take on board feedback and adapt work accordingly.
• Familiar with multi-social posting through programs such as Hootsuite and HubSpot.

Desirable Skills

• A passion for TV and social media.
• General knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and internet ranking for web content.
• Ability to work alongside a diverse group of employees and simultaneously work toward many company initiatives at once.
• Ability to manage workload, multiple deadlines and work under pressure.
• Knowledge of analytical tools.
• Prior experience with marketing or social media.
• Knowledge of working with Adobe Premier pro / After Effects.

Further Information

The Employer is: STELLIFY MEDIA. Although this is a part-time temporary opportunity, hours may be extended, and it could lead to a permanent position. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer.
