As a Replenishment Manager, you will support the Store Management team to ensure that the warehouse, fill levels and stock control are maintained to provide the highest store standards for our customers. Responsibilities

• Train members of the team and drive the replenishment shift to highest standards.
• Ensure deliveries are worked efficiently.
• Support delivery of promotional seasonal activity.
• Operate and deliver processes that ensure the store meets all legal requirements.
• Ensure the store is presentable, has full availability & excellent customer service.
• Ensure Health and Safety compliance.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• A flexible approach and a 'can do' attitude.

Desirable Skills

• Experience of managing a small team, in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Effective communication and organisational skills.
• The ability to think on your feet.
• A strong knowledge and ability to deliver KPI's.

Further Information

The employer is: B&M. Although this is a part-time temporary opportunity, hours may be extended and it could lead to a permanent position. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer. Salary: 16-17 £6.40, 18-20 £8.60, 21 plus £11.44 per hour
