As a Floor Manager, you will support the Store Management team in the running of the store by leading and inspiring our team to deliver the best store standards for our customers. Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through the delivery of excellent customer service and store standards.
• Support the management of our teams and motivate colleagues to increase sales and ensure efficiency.
• Provide colleagues in the team with the appropriate skills, knowledge and training.
• To operate and deliver processes that ensure the store meets all legal requirements.
• Have a strong knowledge and ability to deliver KPI's.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Experience of managing a small team, in a fast-paced retail environment.
• The ability to think on your feet and motivate others.

Further Information

The employer is: B&M. Although this is a part-time temporary opportunity, hours may be extended and it could lead to a permanent position. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer. Fast Track to Floor Manager. Salary: 16-17 £6.40, 18-20 £8.60, 21 plus £11.44 per hour
