As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for the cash office and checkout area, ensuring that the highest standards of service are provided for our customers. Responsibilities

  • Drive a team to deliver personable, polite and prompt service in the checkout area.
  • Act as a role model displaying exceptional service to our customers.
  • Be highly visible and approachable to customers and colleagues.
  • Coach colleagues to ensure they demonstrate the appropriate skills and knowledge in the checkout area.
  • Ensure compliance of company stock control procedures within the appropriate timelines.
  • Ensure company property, cash and stock are secure at all times.
  • Play a vital part in continuing to make our stores a fun place to work!

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • A flexible approach.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience of managing a small team, in a fast paced retail environment.
  • Strong numerical and problem solving skills.
  • The ability to think on your feet.

Further Information

The employer is: B&M. Although this is a part-time temporary opportunity, hours may be extended and it could lead to a permanent position. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer. Wage: 16-17 £6.40, 18-20 £8.60, 21 plus £11.44 per hour
