Responsibilities
- Assist with all Human Resources administration, management and maintenance of up to date and accurate employee records.
- Support end to end recruitment campaigns including compiling job descriptions, job advertisements, preparing short listing and assisting interviews.
- Maintenance of the HR Management system including all new starts, leavers, monitoring details and updating of records.
- Deal with HR queries from employees.
- Proactively manage absence, both short and long term, in line with Company policy.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- 5 GCSE grades A-C including Maths and English or equivalent.
- At least 1 years HR Admin experience in an office environment Or undergraduate placement experience.
- Keen interest in pursuing a career within Human Resources.
