Job description

Part time cook required for a small residential care home, you will be expected to run the kitchen independently two days a week, making simple home cooked fresh meals daily, working from a three weekly rotating menu, complete daily kitchen records, maintain a high level of kitchen hygiene..

Responsibilities

• Stock rotation duties, housekeeping duties.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• A Level 2 food hygiene & safety certificate would be a benefit however can be completed once employment has commenced.

Further Information
