Job description
The Employer is: DUNDRUM AND CLOUGH SURGERY. This Administrative Support role is an opportunity to join a busy and growing GP practice. The successful candidates will provide a high level of general administrative support to the whole practice team. Full training and ongoing support will be given. Flexibility in working pattern will be considered. .
Responsibilities
- General administration duties - scanning, processing incoming and outgoing post, typing, photocopying, filing etc.
- Reception duties - meeting and greeting patients, booking and cancelling appointments.
- Data management - input patient data onto computer system.
- Call handling - receive and make calls as required.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- GCSE English and Maths at Grade C or above (or equivalent).
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service.
- Strong IT skills.
- Organised and good attention to detail.
- Experience in prioritising work.
- Ability to work well within a busy team environment.
Desirable Skills
- Have experience of an office environment.
Further Information
The Employer is: DUNDRUM AND CLOUGH SURGERY. Although this is a part-time temporary opportunity, hours may be extended, and it could lead to a permanent position.
