The Employer is: SILVERWOOD RECRUITMENT. We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Administrator to join our team initially on a 6 month contract through the Jobstart scheme with the potential to become permanent! Our Recruitment Administrator will work closely with the Recruitment team to provide efficient recruitment service to the business. The role would suit a motivated person with a high degree of attention to detail and/or a keen interest in working in Recruitment. You will support our Senior Consultants with sourcing candidates for outstanding job positions and assisting with arranging job interviews. We foresee this opportunity providing the successful candidate with all of the basic skills of administration, professional communication and recruitment. Should the successful candidate thrive in our environment within this role there will be an opportunity to progress into a Recruitment Consultant role on a permanent basis. .

Responsibilities

  • Process recruitment exercises using our inhouse e-recruitment system.
  • Calling candidates and liaising with them to ensure CVs are correct and up to date.
  • Assist with shortlisting candidates for specific job roles and upload CV's onto the internal recruitment system.
  • Uploading adverts onto Indeed, NI Jobs and LinkedIn.
  • Shortlist applications and organise interviews.
  • Maintain accurate records, respond to queries, and provide general administration support.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette.
  • Proficiency in email correspondence.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and meet deadlines.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience of recruitment.
  • Interest in working within a Sales environment.
  • Degree in relevant discipline E.G Business, HR.

Further Information

The Employer is: SILVERWOOD RECRUITMENT. Although this is a part-time temporary opportunity, hours may be extended, and it could lead to a permanent position. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer.
