Recruiting for a full time, 35 hours Service Manager. Our Alcohol Related Brain Injury Unit -ARBI- opened in January 2020. It is a specialised 14-bed rehabilitation unit for individuals with a diagnosis of ARBI. As a Service Manager with Leonard Cheshire, you will provide clear direction, management and supervision of a great staff team. Leading with passion and enthusiasm to ensure your service is well run, you will promote positive outcomes for disabled people with a flexible and proactive approach. Proving quality, frontline care and support in our care homes, nursing homes and supported living services is at the very core of what we do. Our approach is based on the promotion of greater independence and choice for the people who we support, working with over 1,600 people with a disability every day. Responsibilities

• As a successful manager you will handle recruitment, on-going training, development and performance needs of your staff, ensuring the achievement of national minimum care standard requirements. You will also hold registration for the service.
• In addition to the delivery of great care, you will ensure the service is fully compliant regarding health and safety management and fulfil statutory obligations.
