Job description
This is a customer facing role in a busy office which supports multiple sites for driver training operations. There will be a responsibility for providing administrative support to the Training Administrator and Office Manager. Full training will be delivered throughout..
Responsibilities
- General office administration and clerical duties as required.
- Maintaining stationery stocks and ordering of consumables.
- Maintaining stocks of forms for use by instructors.
- Maintaining filing and despatch systems.
- Answering telephone and email enquiries.
- Completing data input.
- Photocopying as required.
- Preparation of documentations.
- Providing support for workshops and training sessions.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Good communication skills.
- Be able to work as part of a team and as an individual.
- English.
- Maths.
- Computer literacy.
- There is no bus route to our office and therefore own transport will be essential.
Further Information
The Employer is: LLOYDS SCHOOL OF MOTORING. Although this is a part-time temporary opportunity, hours may be extended and it could lead to a permanent position. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer. Salary: 16-17 £6.40, 18-20 £8.60, 21 plus £11.44 per hour.
