Receptionist / Admin Assistant
Job description
The Employer is: BEST LETS AND SALES NI (BEST LETS NI LTD). Receptionist / Administrative assistant required for a busy Estate agency office. .
Responsibilities
- Answering Telephone Calls.
- Greeting Clients coming into the premises.
- Dealing with initial enquiries / confirming appointments.
- Record keeping, entering data on excel spreadsheets.
- Typing inventories etc.
- General office duties and support to the Sales and Lettings Team.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential along with being able to demonstrate reliability and confidentiality.
- Experience dealing with the public is essential as the role involves speaking confidently on the phone and also face to face with clients. Full training will however be provided to develop these skills further.
- Minimum 5 GCSE C grade or above including Maths and English.
- Knowledge of Excel / Word and Microsoft packages essential.
Desirable Skills
- Clean Driving licence is preferred but not essential.
- Further / Higher level business studies / administrative/ record keeping knowledge is desirable.
- Experience in a receptionist or office environment is desirable but not essential as hospitality and retail experience would also be beneficial to this role.
Further Information
The Employer is: BEST LETS AND SALES NI (BEST LETS NI LTD). Although this is a part-time temporary opportunity, hours may be extended, and it could lead to a permanent position. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer.
