Job description

As compliance Administrator, you will work within the Regulatory compliance team, who are responsible for ensuring all consumer protection and regulatory compliance requirements are met within the company. .

Responsibilities

• Assisting the team with the gathering of documentation for the filing of regulatory compliance returns
• Assist the Regulatory Affairs team with the completion of internal audits and spot checks on various organisational functions
• Complete review checks on emails, telephone calls for quality assurance on regulatory compliance matters
• Review and assist in the preparation of customer-facing documents/contracts and policies
• You will assist in the review and completion of complex complaints and correspondence and perform general administration duties as required

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Ideally you will have a 3rd level qualification and will have direct experience working in a regulations or compliance role
• You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and be confident liaising with people at all levels via verbal and written forms
• You will have excellent attention to detail and be capable of analysing legislation and highlighting relevant trends
• You will be proficient in MS Office, work well as part of a wider team and on your own initiative as required
