Compliance Administrator
Job description
As compliance Administrator, you will work within the Regulatory compliance team, who are responsible for ensuring all consumer protection and regulatory compliance requirements are met within the company. .
Responsibilities
- Assisting the team with the gathering of documentation for the filing of regulatory compliance returns
- Assist the Regulatory Affairs team with the completion of internal audits and spot checks on various organisational functions
- Complete review checks on emails, telephone calls for quality assurance on regulatory compliance matters
- Review and assist in the preparation of customer-facing documents/contracts and policies
- You will assist in the review and completion of complex complaints and correspondence and perform general administration duties as required
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Ideally you will have a 3rd level qualification and will have direct experience working in a regulations or compliance role
- You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and be confident liaising with people at all levels via verbal and written forms
- You will have excellent attention to detail and be capable of analysing legislation and highlighting relevant trends
- You will be proficient in MS Office, work well as part of a wider team and on your own initiative as required
