The Employer is: BLAKELY MCCARTNEY LTD T/A BELMORE COURT & MOTEL. As a marketing assistant, you will support the implementation of our marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and customer engagement. You will assist in various marketing functions, including social media management, content creation, email campaigns, SEO support, and basic photo editing. This role is an excellent opportunity to build your marketing skills in a hands-on environment. .

Responsibilities

• Help manage social media accounts, aiding in content creation for weekly updates, stories, and posts.
• Support the email marketing strategy by helping to craft emails and manage subscriber lists.
• Contribute to website content updates and basic SEO tasks to improve visibility.
• Support the marketing effort with blog post ideas and drafting content.
• Assist in capturing and editing photographs for marketing use under supervision.
• Help analyse marketing metrics and contribute to reports to measure campaign success.
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing practices, including social media, SEO, and email marketing.
• Good communication skills, with a flair for written and verbal expression.
• A team player with a creative mindset and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.

Desirable Skills

• Some experience or strong interest in marketing, particularly within the hospitality industry, would be preferable.
• Some experience with photography and photo editing tools.

Further Information

The Employer is: BLAKELY MCCARTNEY LTD T/A BELMORE COURT & MOTEL. Although this is a part-time temporary opportunity, hours may be extended, and it could lead to a permanent position. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer.
