Finance Officer Assistant
Job description
To be responsible for general bookkeeping duties to include maintaining up to date records of all income/expenditure, accounts receivable/payable, bank reconciliations, maintaining the asset register, VAT returns, payroll, security of cash and bank lodgements. To undertake general administrative duties.
Responsibilities
- Budgeting.
- Collection and analysing of reports.
- Create financial statements and other data.
- Profit and loss analysis.
- VAT returns.
- Payroll.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Stock control.
- Income/expenditure records.
- Accounts receivable/payable.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Minimum of 4 'O' Levels/GCSEs grade A-C including Maths, ICT and English (or equivalent).
- Recent experience in administration and finance.
- Organisational ability.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to prioritise work.
- Proficient with Microsoft Suites/email.
