This role would be ideal for a recent graduate with 1 years relevant customer support experience or an experienced professional looking to begin their career within the Public Sector. .

Responsibilities

• Provide housing advice and assistance to people, who often have complex needs or are facing difficult circumstances, with a focus on preventing homelessness.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Hold a degree or equivalent and a minimum of 1 years relevant experience in a customer support environment; OR,
• Hold a BTEC Higher Cert/Diploma qualification in Housing and a minimum of 1 years relevant experience in a customer support environment: OR,
• Hold a BTEC Higher Cert/Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a customer support environment: OR,
• Can demonstrate equivalent continuing professional development or experiential learning and at least 3 years relevant experience in a customer support environment.
• IT/ Microsoft Office Proficiency: Intermediate.
• A full current driving licence and access to a form of transport.
• As part of the reference checking and vetting process for this position you will be requested to undertake a Basic AccessNI Disclosure. Having a criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position.
