Legal Administrator
Job description
The Employer is: JPH LAW LIMITED SOLICITORS. We would like to recruit a responsible Legal Administrator who can provide administrative assistance to solicitors and legal secretaries within our firm. The role will also include dealing with the public at Front of House Reception. .
Responsibilities
- General administration within the office to include taking phone calls, filing, scanning and photocopying.
- Postal duties to include hand deliveries.
- Typing for solicitors on request.
- Preparing bundles of documents.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Professional telephone manner.
- Ability to work to deadlines.
- Good time management and organisational skills.
- IT skills- typing skills and knowledge of Microsoft packages.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent written and interpersonal skills.
Desirable Skills
- Previous experience of working in a public facing or office role.
Further Information
The Employer is: JPH LAW LIMITED SOLICITORS. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer. Although this role is a part time and temporary opportunity, hours may be extended and lead to a permanent role within our firm.
