The main duties are to provide support with domestic and social tasks to aid rehabilitation for a healthy woman in her 50s with reduced mobility..

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care support, including exercise
• Provide support with preparation of daily meals, laundry, ironing, washing up, loading and unloading the dishwasher, arranging wardrobe
• Support with keeping appointments, accompanying social and leisure activities such as using the gym; provide assistance to visit friends and family

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Previous experience in providing personal care services.
