Job description

CCTV Control Room Operator / Patrol Officer based in Lisburn.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the safety of our clients staff, their buildings, their assets and the general public through continuous and effective security surveillance.
• Monitor and respond to CCTV activations ensuring the correct escalation process and reporting systems are followed.
• Ensuring that reports are captured accurately inline with the site reporting procedures.
• Answer inbound telephone calls professionally, quickly and effectively ensuring information is extracted and logged out of hours.
• Ensure all tasks that are assigned are carried out to a high standard in line with company and customer requirements.
• Communicate with crime partners to alert of any crime or anti-social behaviour.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• SIA license DS & CCTV is essential.
• Ability to work unsupervised.
