Responsibilities
- Support Communications team: Assist the Communications team in implementing strategic marketing and communication plans, including drafting and editing content for various channels such as press releases, social media, website, and email campaigns.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with team members to develop engaging and compelling written content that aligns with client objectives and brand guidelines.
- Media Monitoring: Monitor media channels, including online publications, social media platforms, and industry specific outlets, to identify relevant news, trends, and opportunities for our clients.
- Social Media & Website Management: Maintaining clients' social media accounts and websites, including drafting and scheduling posts, updating webpages, and responding to comments and messages in order to maintain an active online presence.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends, target audiences, and competitors to contribute to the development of effective communication strategies and campaigns.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the team, including scheduling meetings, coordinating logistics for events, preparing reports, and maintaining project documentation.
- Proof Reading and Editing: Review and proofread communication materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using various communication and collaboration tools.
Further Information
The employer is: GRAY'S COMMUNICATIONS. Although this is a part-time temporary opportunity, hours may be extended and it could lead to a permanent position. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer. Wage: 16/17 £5.28, 18/20yrs £7.49, 21/22yrs £10.18, 23/24yrs £10.42 per hour.
